how to get glowing skin in winter
We normally drink less water during winter. We drink hot tea and coffee to feel warm in winter but for glowing skin we should drink warm water with lemon, its hydrate our skin and make us refreshing instead of coffee or tea.
Wash with warm water
Avoid to wash your face and hand with very hot water always wash your hand and face with lukewarm water because it soften our skin and avoid to remove oil from the skin
Apply immediately moisturizer
Apply immediately moisturizer just after the wash, its helps to seal the crack and skin and make it more soft and glowing. Put everywhere moisturizer bottle near shrink, bathtub, bathroom etc. So don’t hesitate to use moisturizer after the wash.
Dryer regions like hands, feet, elbows, and knees have thin skin and have a tendency to lose dampness quicker than different zones on the body. Apply night cream, malai or moisturizer before go to bed and at that point wear cotton gloves and socks to seal in the dampness until morning.
Select right moisturizer
Select the oil based moisturizer instead of water based. Use natural ingredient moisturizer and try to avoid the use petroleum based cream because later they make skin drier.
